Where can I buy device protection?

At any T-Mobile® store. You can also call T-Mobile. You must enroll within 30-days of a qualified device purchase or upgrade.

Where can I view my terms and conditions (coverage documents)?

After you enroll, you’ll receive your coverage documents in the mail. You can also view sample coverage documents on the Program Info page.

I didn’t buy my device from T-Mobile. Can I still enroll in device protection?

If you are a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) customer, T-Mobile® has a device protection program that’s right for you! You can enroll in a plan for your device by visiting any T-Mobile store or calling T-Mobile. Your device will need to pass a Visual Mechanical Inspection to qualify for enrollment.
